I had an amazing stay at this hotel this weekend! The valley view was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole experience unforgettable. The rooms and surroundings were very clean, and the washrooms were spotless, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious with great taste and quality. What impressed me the most was the hospitality. Every staff member was polite, friendly, and always ready to help. A special thanks to Manager Narendra Singh Negi for his excellent management and warm hospitality. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful views, great food, excellent cleanliness, and outstanding service. Looking forward to visiting again!

Good place for short holidays

Absolute Nightmare – Safety Concerns, Unprofessional Staff, and Ruined Holiday. ​I deeply regret booking this hotel. What was supposed to be a relaxing two-night family holiday was cut short after just one night due to a chaotic, stressful, and genuinely unsafe environment. ​The primary issue is the hotel manager, Mr. Yogendra Negi (or Nagin), whose behavior was utterly unacceptable. Despite having a confirmed booking for two rooms made directly through the hotel's official website, Mr. Negi denied our reservation upon arrival. He was completely dismissive, rudely telling us it was your problem and that you should look elsewhere. ​Fortunately, the owner intervened, acknowledged the hotel's mistake, and offered us a single room for the first night as an adjustment, promising three extra mattresses. However, by evening, the manager provided only two mattresses and aggressively told us to just deal with it, adding that he hadn't asked us to stay there anyway. ​Later that evening, the situation escalated from unprofessional to entirely unacceptable: ​Gross Misconduct: We found the manager sitting at the reception desk shamelessly drinking vodka and eating peanuts. ​Safety Threats- When we confronted him, he became hostile and actively threatened us, saying, "I will see you." Traveling with four children and female family members, we felt highly unsafe and decided to leave the next morning for our own security. To make matters worse, the food tasted terrible, and the hotel refused to issue a full refund for the nights and services we never received. ​Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are traveling with family. The management is hostile, unprofessional, and unsafe.
